In an effort to create an orderly, safe, and more joyous environment for Spirit to have Its way with our beloved Youth, we have implemented the following policies. Your cooperation is crucial to our shared success.

Effective Immediately!

• Each child must be Checked In by a Guardian (no dropping them off at the street and letting them walk themselves in)
• Each child must be Checked In and Checked Out by the same Guardian  (or have the number(s) that was given upon Check In)
• No food or drink (except water/milk/formula for children under 18 mos). Water will be provided for upon child's request
• No outside items (except clothing and/or diaper bags) to enter the Youth Center (games, back packs, toys, stuffed animals, etc). These items will stay with the Guardian.
• All clothing, diaper bags and water/milk/formula bottles must be labeled with the child's first and last name (masking tape and permanent marker provided at check in for such labeling)
• Youth Center hours are from 9:15 till 11:30.
• Check in is from 9:15-10:05. Child(ren) must stay with Guardian if it is past 10:05 am
• Children must be picked up on or before 11:30 am or Guardian will be called. Please note: If you volunteer it is still your responsibility to manage your volunteer activities with picking up your child(ren).
• Once child(ren) have been picked up, they may NOT re-enter the Youth Center to visit or play. The Youth Center is NOT responsible for child(ren)’s that have been Checked Out.

We also have new Check In and Check Out Policies, please see the Check In Attendant in the Youth Center for specific instructions on how to Check In and Check Out your child(ren).
